Abby's Baptsim

Yesterday was a beautiful day for our family. Abby was baptized! I love baptisms, they are so basic and simple but so sweet and powerful. Abby's was no exception. We were so blessed to have so many family members and friends there to support her. Abby asked my Dad to speak and he did a masterful job. It was so short and sweet and totally on Abby's level, but touching to everyone else as well. The three big kids plus their cousins Rex and Lucy did a wonderful job singing a primary song. Rex and Lucy just learned the song that morning! John and Jamie came for the special event and stayed the weekend with us mostly working to help us get everything ready. I couldn't have done it without all their help. Thank you to all of you who contributed by bringing food, helping with the program, coming and supporting us and expressing your thoughts for her journal. Abby was thrilled with her special day. We love Abigail.

Ange, thank you so much for letting us be a part of such a sweet, inspiring event. It was really beautiful, and the Spirit was definitely there. It made me reflect on how much I love Abby, too. Congrats to Abigail Jo!

So sweet, Ange. I was really sad to miss it! I hope Ryan's salad went over well...I had no idea what he was planning. Also, I hope abby got her gift...Rex was in charge of giving it to her.

Anyway, so glad the kids song went well. Abby looks darling.

love, macy

Congrats Abby! It sounds like your day was wonderful and fun. I hope this finds Benny feeling better and his ear infection has cleared up.
